They show 3d image on the mugs and all I have received is transfers that have been stuck on to some very cheap mugs. I would like a total 100% refund of everything, you pay for the postal charges back to you and I will return your mugs.

extremely disappointed. The mug is not 3D at all! It's a very dark, poor quality PICTURE of the 3D design shown on facebook. I could not possibly give this as a present and will be returning it.

Very disappointed in the quality of this product, it is not as it is described at all. This is not a 3D design mug, it is a plain mug with a flat printed design. It was bought as an add on gift for my mother-in-law but I don't feel it is suitable
